In last week's podcast of nOMad's The Space in Between, I invited you into contemplating who you hang out with and how they represent who you are and who you are becoming. Here is a recap of questions to journal about on your own time.

Journaling is always best to do in a quiet space after you have dropped down into you body in some way. Some ways to do that are:

after a movement or yoga practice

after a warm bath or shower,

as part of your self care ritual,

after a meditation practice,

in the morning with tea or coffee...

find the best time that flows for you where you can be fully present in your body and space.

Once you have settled in, ask yourself and allow your pen to flow on paper (don't hold back!)

The person/people that I spend time with you leave me in an undesired state of being are...

After spending time with them, my body feels...

my mind feels...

emotionally I feel...

The top 5 people I love to hang out that make me feel good are...

After spending time with them, my body feels...

my mind feels...

emotionally I feel...

Now, state out loud and write down to declare:

I want more of this desired state of being and call in more people like these people into my life!

Let's look at who you are and who you want to become.

The spiritual path that I am on now feels like...

The personal spiritual path that I am on now feels like...

The financial path that I am on now feels like...

The business/career/service path that I am on now feels like...

The relational paths (friends, family, partner...) that I am on now feel like...

Who I want to become on my spiritual path feels like...

Who I want to become on my personal development path feels like...

Who I want to become on my financial path feels like...

Who I want to become on my business/career/service path feels like...

Who I want to become on my relational paths (friends, family, partner...) feel like...

Who can I hang out with that embodies who I want to become?

spiritual path.

personal development path.

financial path.

business/career/service path.

relational paths (friends, family, partner...)
